Pricing & Payment Options
All prices on Sangamam are listed in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham). Customers can complete their purchases through the following secure payment channels:
Online Payments: Debit and Credit Card payments processed securely via our third-party payment gateway partners.
Direct Bank Transfer: Electronic bank transfers directly to our official business account.
Note: Gift vouchers and promotional discount codes can only be redeemed online during checkout according to their specific terms.
Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy
We offer returns and exchanges under the following specific guidelines:
Genuine Quality Issues: If you receive an item with genuine quality defects, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Photos or additional verification may be requested. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate an exchange or refund.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra shipping cost to you.
Return to Origin (RTO): Customers must provide a accurate shipping address and an active phone number. If delivery fails after multiple attempts by our courier partner, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping fees will apply for re-dispatching the order.
Color & Shade Variations: We make every effort to display true product colors in our photos. However, slight variations may occur due to screen displays and photography lighting. Minor shade differences will not be considered valid grounds for a return or refund.
